Illegal means nothing when you are dealing with an administration that is itself illegal (unconstitutional).

Citizens have not just a right, but a responsibility, to set aside a tyrannical government by force if necessary. Hopefully it won’t be necessary...

Illegal? Legal? Oftentimes the difference between those is only what some special interest group has managed to push past a legislative body. In some cases the “push” amounts to how much $$$ can be brought to bear (re: Sen. Mary Landreau.) I think I prefer the couth/uncouth differentiation. YMMV.

Right, we reserve that term for what they do in DC. They wrote the book on how to do illegal things under the guise of “government”.
