Go away, Martha.
GOP 2010! Palin 2012!
I don’t think much of Martha Stewart one way or another, but I think her comments were like many from Palin’s critics: personal and not dealing with issues or facts. If anyone seems a bore it’s Martha. Besides, where are the the feminists in defense of a strong, indepensent women?
What does an ex-con know about anything?
To me, as a woman, it is so obvious that Martha Stewart is jealous. Palin can take care of her home, has a great guy, brings home the bacon, is young and pretty. Stewart is beside herself. Last week she couldn’t stand Rachel Ray becasue she’s young, pretty, successful, and can cook too.
Gee, I’m certainly going to be impressed by an insider trading, convicted felon’s opinion of whom she considers “dangerous!”
“What is it about Palin that causes lesbians so much anger?”
I’ve wondered about that myself, PG. I think the reason is that Sarah Palin is what some women strive to be in the realm of politics generally dominated by men without losing her unquestionably 100% feminine stature.
Lesbos strive to be what?
Feminists only defend strong, independent women who are unattractive, pro-abortion atheists.
“Besides, where are the the feminists in defense of a strong, indepensent women?”
They only defend man haters, baby killers and mass murderers =P
Martha’s day has come and gone. She’s jealous.
Well which IS it, toots?
Danger generally raises the pulse.
Clearly Martha Stewart is off her meds.

Can Martha Stewart ever vote again?
The effect of a felony conviction on the right to vote varies from state to state. But convicts do remain the only group denied the right to vote. The state in which the individual lives, not in which the conviction occurred, determines the effect on voting. Almost all states deny prisoners the right to vote. The probation period extends the bar on voting in many states. In just a handful of states, the right to vote is permanently lost for ex-convicts.
In Stewart’s situation, she won’t be able to vote in the election. If she had completed her sentence before November, house arrest and probation wouldn’t have been enough to keep her out of the polls. Her voting rights will automatically be restored once she completes imprisonment, but she will have to reregister.
So, yes, Martha Stewart will be able to vote again...
They only defend man haters, baby killers and mass murderers =P
That's just the kind of individual you might meet in a womens' prison.
“Rainbeaux Smith” - Ha!
Funny you should say that. I got flamed a few months back for suggesting most of the venom directed at Palin by women (particularly older women and “feminists”) was founded in envy. I think getting the old bags over their resentment of an attractive woman who didn’t rise through either affirmative action or working on her back will be a challenge for the Palin camp. It seems as though many Americans admire the self-made right up to the point it forces them to contemplate their own shortcomings; then it’s “rip ‘em down” time.
I just emailed Martha Stewart. Go to her website, find Contact Us at the bottom of her home page and there will be a place to “Email Martha”. Let her know what you think.
