No, of course not. But if you tell Buddhists they are surely going to Hell, you are being judgmental. If you are rude and disrespectful as you try to convince them, you won’t be successful. I also believe you would not be behaving as Christ did or asked of us.
I believe that when that kind of person faces judgment day, Christ will treat him as harshly as he treated others. “Forgive our trespasses as we forgive others.”
I guess I should lie so I won't offend one’s sensabilities. After all, all paths are equal since they demand equal respect in your world.
So much for “I am the way the truth and the life...
The Operahization of Christanity continues...

First, there are several types of witnessing, all of which are successful. Confrontation can and has worked (even here on FR), some take a more genteel approach. Telling someone they are bound for Hell is not being “rude or disrespectful”, it is tell them the point blank truth. Christ (and paul, and Stephen and other) was very blunt and even “rude and disrespectful” to the Pharisees and others. Having a “live and let live” attitude is not Christian, it is allowing someone to be damned.
Forgiving others isn’t necessarily part of witnessing, and you just placed yourself in “condemnation” mode by assuming that you know how Christ will treat “that kind of person”.
However, if you do not like the tone of these threads, there is a very easy solution, don’t participate. It isn’t for everyone.
Not our judgement, Gods. Scripture is clear on that.
Secondly, it did not feel like love when I was LDS and people confronted me, told me I was going to Hell, I had the wrong doctrines. But I realize now it was a very loving thing to do. They got through to me. There was a Christian bookstore owner in Provo who used to hammer me with questions and doctrines every time I walked by, I hated him at first, but he made me think. The “live and let live” people, I felt sorry for, because they weren’t LDS.
Those who said “I’m happy with my faith, and although I disagree with you, I am going to soften it” got nowhere with me.
The “rough” ones were the ones that made me look at my beliefs and Bible.

Christ will judge the motivations of our hearts. Was it done for our glory or for His. I have known many of these “anti’s” for years and their motivation is for the Glory of God alone.
