REPLAY was one of those books I heard about for years and meant to read. Usually, in such cases, the reading ends up being a disappointment. In this case, I read the book in one or two sittings, and really enjoyed it, and it gave me a lot to think about.

In other RIP news, Dan O'Bannon, the writer of the original script for ALIEN died yesterday, at the age of 63.

REPLAY was indeed thought provoking, and I was ill when I received it and didn’t get back to it for a long time to read it (not my favorite genre, but enjoyed it very much). By then, I had lost track of Ken, and I don’t recall if I was able to get back in touch to tell him what a great book it was. Wish I could find all that correspondence.
