I like it when I hear Christmas carols with Celtic music...
Anything by Nat King Cole.......
Silent Night and O Holly Night
Secular: The Christmas Waltz (as sung by Frank Sinatra).
I love that one. It's happy and cheerful and gives an image of being with family and friends. Happy Christmas, War Is Over is so sad and preachy. Even though it's a better song, it misses the mark when it comes to expressing the joy of Christmas. Give me Wonderful Christmas Time any day.
My favorite version of Oh Holy Night is done by Earl Wrightson and the Andre Kostelanetz Orchestra. It used to be my favorite Christmas song.
My favorite Christmas song is now He Shall Feed His Flock. Check out the Sir Thomas Beecham version. The Come Unto Him section at about 2:34 sounds as if it's being sung by an angel.
“What, nobody likes Paul McCartney’s ‘Simply Have a Wonderful Christmas Time’? :^) “
Worst. Christmas. Song. Ever.
I prefer this:

And thats probably how they wanted us to sound even though we sounded more like this (but with boys too):
