Cook up one tube of breakfast sausage. Drain well.
Melt one lb Velveeta, and add salsa to your taste.
Add sausage and use as dip for chips.

You can also make plates of nacho chips with the above mix.

Campbell's Nacho Grande

I made this for the last time I watched the Super Bowl, except I used La Mexicana brand mild salsa.

OK here’s a really good recipe that i made & the recipe came off the ‘net.

Set oven @ start for 350

2cans of canned chicken drained
some blue cheese or gorgonzola
& crumbles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 bottle of Hot sauce
crumbled Ritz crackers for top

Mix well & make sure you have enough blue cheese &
use the sour cream as a binder

Place mix in round oiled pie plate or any other
dish to your liking

Bake @ 350 for 30-40min just watch it so it doesn’t get dry

Use celery sticks,baby carrots,broccoli,etc.,as dippers

I make linguini and white clam sauce for the bowl game party at a buddy’s house.
