No, he didn't forget to mention fraud for the simple reason that fraud wasn't proved.
So, if someone commits fraud and it isn't proven, because the case was never tried, then it didn't happen?
Praise God, that isn't the way our system works.
Praise who? I won't ask you to prove it, but I can assure you that He isn't happy with you for praising Him about the corrupt judges in our system that continue to ignore our Constitution.
