My father was born in a sod house in northwestern South Dakota in an unorganized county and thus had no birth certificate. During the early days of WW-II anyone without a valid birth certificate was compelled to get an official birth record. Dad had to provide a baptismal certificate and affidavits from his mother and people who had known him since birth in order to be issued a provisional birth certificate. He had to again submit this information to get a passport. Too bad we don’t require such proof of citizenship for our President.

You have to be living in a bubble if you think a “birth registration” form and “certified birth certificate” are one in the same. It very clearly states on the cruise travel information what the requirements are. I can’t feel any empathy for them, if they can’t follow directions.
I must say with citizens like you Obama is very happy, and Joe Stalin and Hitler would have welcomed you with open arms. Did you used to be in the Stazi before you moved to America, citizen?
