Ah you’ve learned well. You’ve come to the conclusion that the whaling boat is at fault. You also know that the liiitttle bias they show for the greenies didn’t affect your decision one bit.

I was thinking the same thing. The Japs should have opened up on them with a .50 cal.

It is really hard to tell from the video shot from the whaling ship what the speed boat was doing... looks to be bobbing up and down, but there are small wakes as if the boat had been under power and retained some velocity toward the whaling ship’s path. Further, the speed boat certainly bursts forward under power just before impact (easy to discern by the churned up wake at the stern. Lastly, the targets’ claim that the whaling ship suddenly turned toward them, is not supported by a) the fact that a ship of that size does nothing ‘suddenly’ and b) the video’s lack of any visible sign of the whaling ship’s wake as the camera pans stern. If the ship had been turning toward starboard, or even going straight, I would expect to see some wake at the end of that clip... to me, the whaling ship was turning away from the speed boat and they realized they needed to speed up a bit more to make sure they made contact.

Relax, enjoy the wash! I am sadly reminded of the fact that a lot of freepers take pot shots without knowing the truth or lying about the truth.

In order to support the Yakuza whaling barbarians, one must support the ruse they use to justify their violating the ban on commercial whaling— that is, they are killing hundreds of whales and eating them to do research on them. The sham research takes about 20 seconds as somebody with a tape measure sizes up the corpse and then weighs the stomach contents.

These magnificent animals can easily be speared into extinction without brave souls like Commander Watson (he’s got a fleet now).

I’ll never forget my encounter with a gray whale and my sailboat in the Pacific Ocean and the awe that they inspire. Some of these posters ought to try a whale watching trip and humble themselves to the magnificance of these rare and endangered animals.

Yeah, you got your bold type, your all capitol letters, your deliberate distorting of the truth-you got nothing “(they (the whalers) throw stuff back”—what stuff would that be? large brass bolts? In answer to stink bombs? And they shot Commander Watson with a bullet in the chest, that stuff?

They have fouled props before. The foulee sends divers down to unfoul the prop. They even carry extra props. Sea Shephers record for non-violence is well known. When a crewman was overboard from one of the whale slaughtering ships, they even aided in the search for him. Oh yeah, that’s right, you already know this—you watch the show religiously.

Keep sailing the SS Moronsky, but only in your living room watching their show, where you can berate these brave men and women with the sound off on your tube while downing another Bud Light as you root for the Japanese.

Yawn. Whale meat tastes gooooood. Let the Japanese eat it if they want. They're animals. Stop making them your religion.

SSS are pirates. Period. Interfere with my ship...I'd shoot you too. Hit me with a glass bottle...you are lucky if all I do is throw a brass bolt at you...and yes...I saw that one...and they deserved it. You can't slap someone then cry like a little girl when they bloddy your nose.

Eat more whales....tastes like chicken. I know Orca's like 'em...

Where are you buying the whale meat? Let us all know!

Also, have you a US source for Cuban cigars?

Thank you. I’m a conservative, and I also recognize that we only have one planet and we have to intelligently manage that planet. I personally don’t think that the two concepts are mutually exclusive.

Killing endangered species should be internationally outlawed. Period.
