It's easy to demonstrate just how ridiculous this "poll" is, by turning it around.
One would assume that inverting the rankings, with lowest percentages being highest and descending from there, would provide a rational list of the best Presidents.
That's obviously not the case, here. If it were, some of our best Presidents were the most obscure and unremarkable.
