Phil Berg calls Lucas Smith to testify against Orly Taitz in Rivernider vs US Bank.

Posted on 01/13/2010 1:08:11 PM PST by Seizethecarp

Today I was in federal court for several hours. Rivernider vs US Bank. I testified against Orly Taitz. Orly Taitz was present as well and also testified.

In court today I watched as Orly Taitz told lie after lie while under oath on the witness stand. She claimed that she has never in her life given anyone permission to sign her signature. (This hearing today was about Orly's claim that Charles Edward Lincoln III forged her signature on a filing in Rivernider vs US Bank). Attorney Phil Berg was present as counsel to Charles Lincoln.

Phil Berg went on to question Orly Taitz as to why then, if she had never given anyone permission to sign her signature, why then had she while in Israel contacted Charles Lincoln and told him to advise one of her dental staff in California to sign her (Orly's) name to payrol checks for the employees. Orly Taitz started to reply with one story that her signature is not used on payrol checks but then Phil Berg asked her who then is it that signs off on employee hours to verify them for the payrol. At this time Orly then started in with a new story that she took payroll checks with her to Isael and signed the payrol checks there in Israel and mailed them to her dental employees from back in the USA. ???????????????? I don't think anyone bought that story.

At this time Orly started complaining that she was being badgered and that she objects and a string of other legal terms that, depending on what she said, was either the role of witness, attorney and even the role of judge.

Two members of the website, Politijab.com, were present.

You posted:
“NOW HERE’S A LITTLE CLUE: Jaramogi Oginga Odinga attended the same school at Maseno as BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA SENIOR.”

Here’s my answer:

Here’s my little clue for you:

President Clinton, President Arroyo (Philippines) and my mother were in the same class at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service

Here’s another clue for you:

I attended the same college prep school where my younger sister now attends!

Now does that really matter? The answer is NO!

The links that I’ve referred you to were rebuttals to what you’ve posted. Since you did not bother to read beyond the first line, how therefore can you say that what I’ve posted has nothing to do with what you allege?

Again here is the link if you care to read opposing opinions!

You’re free to dispute my observations...but dispute them with facts not speculations!

“He is the most notorious person claiming to have conclusively rebutted Lucas Smith on Youtube all the while posting his own false claims, which he admitted in this thread.”

Yet again...please quantify “notorious”? Don’t you want to give the person some credit here since it takes an honorable person to admit to his mistakes?

You still continue to attack my innocent post #63...instead of admitting that you’ve misconstrued it! You even have the audacity to speculate the connection of that post to another posters comment. What’s this? CONSPIRATORIAL SCHEME?

I have nothing further to say to you. However, I’d appreciate it for Lucas to come on board for a friendly jive.

RECOMMENDED ACTION PLAN

I The Grand Entrance

As earlier agreed in order that our candidate campaigns commence with impact, it is necessary that he exit Kenya to lay foundation for a grand home coming similar to Matibas in 1992 and Kibakis in 2002. Whereas the party has identified areas such as Nigeria and Middle East as regions of interest, it is recommended that the Candidate focus on Europe and the United States where Diaspora is active) for this purpose. A lengthy absence will starve the country of Hon Raila and stimulate an outpouring of adoration that will take us to victory.

II Kikuyu Alienation

Owing to this strategy’s success during the 2005 referendum, it is the party’s position it should be utilized once more for the General Election. There is overwhelming feeling among the non-Gema communities that the Kikuyu are selfish bigots dedicated to a tribal hegemony who will never share the spoils of government with other communities. Underpinning this strategy is the blessing that ODM campaign has able pointmen in Mudavadi, Ruto, Balala and Ntimama who can efficiently galvanize their respective communities around the anti-kikuyu initiative. Concurrently, every effort must be made to undermine Kalonzo in order to prevent him from emerging as an alternative avenue for anti-kikuyu sentiment. In this regard, particular caution should be placed on regions such as RVP where Kalonzo has the potential of attracting some of our votes. Anti-Kikuyuism must be reinforced with promises of jobs and economic gains to key players from every community supporting this initiative.

The Class Issue

It is possible to trigger a class war by painting the Kibaki Government as an insensitive, uncaring group of Muthaiga Golf clubbers. Available research also suggests that this strategy could also resonate with poor kikuyu youth who feel economically marginalized by their own government. As part of this strategy the party should seek to elevate the emotions within all youth constituents who may it successful, be willing to vote for us in the protest. Visible signs of class disparity will provide important fodder for this theme.

Pro-West

It is absolutely essential that through out this campaign, Raila remain aligned to the Western Countries (such as the United States) in order to take advantage of the deteriorating relationship between them and Kibaki. ODM can expect both financial and political support particularly from the United States.

Pull All Plugs

This being the contest of a lifetime, the party should employ all available means to ensure a victory. Subterranean campaigns will therefore form a critical component of our activities. Corruption in the Kibaki Government, the mess of Kibakis domestic situation and the soap opera of the Artur brothers provide ready material for this war.

The Media

Since 2005, the Orange team has maintained intimate contacts across all media. Even though a number of senior media managers are active in our campaigns, we should establish strongest Media Centre possible, manned by local and international experts. Indeed, we must approach this issue with the understanding that victory in the media war could very well mean victory at the polls.

Identify the Fixers.

There is no doubt that the key regional point men are invaluable to this campaign as without them the whole thing could tumble. In order\ to insulate the candidate from attacks on his person, not all advertising and campaign efforts should be focused on him. At the same time, all possible efforts should be used to retain discipline among the party leadership, including reminding them of their vulnerability.

Funding

Tap into pledged funding from external donors including Federal Republic of Nigeria, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Libya, The Democratic Republic of Congo as well as individual /institutional caucuses such as GTZ network, Cyril Ramaphosa, the Deya Ministries and US Republicans among others.

Below is the schedule of activities that will lead to the implementation of our strategy

You said: “I said you posted false information, I never said you intentionally lied. But you have just now accused my of lying.”

Okey then! Let me paraphrase the statement…

Don’t you also take offense when tenured members post false information? It seems that you want to discredit me because I’m a neophyte! That is double standard and is offensive to me especially that you accused me of posting false information!

“You posted a statement attributed to Larry Sinclair without a link and I assumed (incorrectly, I admit) which Sinclair affidavit I thought you claimed to be quoting, which was the Sep 15 2009 affidavit from the trial before Judge Carter involvinig both Sinclair and Smith.”

No! No! No!…I quoted from the same link that you’ve posted…(see below)

“Sinclair’s affidavit of September 15, 2009 says no such thing. Sinclair made no statement whatsoever as to Taitz’ opinion of the authenticity of Lucas Smith’s CPGH BC.
See Exibhit A at the end of this link:”

http://www.scribd.com/doc/22039643/LIBERI-et-al-v-TAITZ-et-al-ECF-FILER-Request-for-Judicial-Notice-of-Larry-Sinclair-s-Affidavit-and-Exhibit-A-to-Larry-Sinclair-s-Affidavit-Tran

“Your quote came from an entirely different Sinclair affidavit of Sep. 30, 2009 in the Liberi case in PA.”

No! No! No!...I quoted from the same link that you posted…(see above)

“Your quote gives Sinclair’s hearsay impression of what Taitz believed or said about Lucas Smith’s BC and has no probative value (thus most likely inadmissible) and was made in a case totally unrelated to Smith and in which Smith is not appearing as a witness with no chance to rebutt Sinclair or Taitz.”

No! No! No!...The affidavit was also sent to Judge Carter…check your link above…it’s in page 7, item 10. And I quote…

“Once I returned home, I prepared an affidavit regarding Dr. Taitz request that I testify untruthfully and I sent my affidavit to Judge Carter with the US District court, Central District of California, Southern Division for filing in Dr. Taitz case, see EXHIBIT “A” attached hereto.”

“There is no evidence that Taitz made any attempt to authenticate Smith’s BC, so how could any representations she made to Sinclair in passing be taken seriously?”

Yes! Yes! Yes!...There is evidence that Orly Taitz tried to authenticate the document at the Kenyan embassy. Check the proceedings in Judge Land’s Court related to Orly’s sanctions (I don’t have the link here but I’ve read it)

“Also, Sinclair makes no statement as to _how_ Taitz supposedly knew that Smith’s BC was fake.”

Of course there is no statement available to anyone. It would have been foolish for Lucas to disclose the authenticity of his document even to Orly, isn’t it?

Now, did I accuse you of lying? It’s nowhere to be found in my post that I accused you of lying! You just simply did not read the affidavit with keen comprehension!
Thanks for recognizing that I did not post a false statement!

It’s easy to take for granted rumors that suit your agenda while dismissing factual information that challenges it. So it becomes assumed via internet hatenet that Odinga is Obama’s cousin, that Odinga is a radical muslim, that Odinga wants to introduce Sharia, that Odinga and Obama caused the civil war, that the Kenyan embassy will not examin Lucas document since Odinga is now PM, that the Head of police in Mombasa was arrested as consequence of the “leak” of the Holy Graal of birthers.

It may come as a possible surprise to you that Odinga is an Anglican and not a Muslim. But obviously we must trust Jerome Corsi who has engraved this claim in stone. It surprises me that Maganga has not been arrested or removed as well.

Here is a kenyan source about Odinga and the birth certificate.

http://www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/456898/-/tjol2j/-/index.html

I am certain you will not read it since it could pollute your convinctions. However as a an acclaimed “Certified Fraud Examiner - CFD” I am certain your professionality implies examination of conflicting documents, at least for the purpose of identifying frauds.
Should you refuse to do so consider yourself stripped of the title by a self proclaimed “Certified Examiner of Fraud Examiners - CEFE”

It is funny how our Association has never dealt with the Obama BC scandal. Yes individuals claiming to be members have said things, but our Organization has not. So I have suggested to our Organization that we start dealing this vital issue. I thought it wise to inform them about my humble findings.

“Two individuals can simultaneously be “chief administrator” with one being of a department and the other of the entire hospital.”

I didn’d realize immediately the importance of your statement.
I went to check

in this story from Feb 27th http://www.marsgroupkenya.org/multimedia/?StoryID=247437&p=Nyeri+Town&page=2 Othigo is “the Hospital Administrator” (which Hospital, Chief or Deputy)

in another aricle from Mar 26th http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/InsidePage.php?id=1144009846&cid=159&; Othigo is the “Hospital Chief Administrator” (which hospital, Mombasa, Anchorage, Kabul ?)

finally on Apr 13th http://www.nation.co.ke/InDepth/-/452898/560148/-/tqw6oqz/-/index.html Othigo is the “Chief Administrator” (Hospital or Pizza Parlor ?)

I must admit these kenyan journalists are pretty sloppy: Hospital Administrator, Hospital Chief Administrator, Chief Administrator. In it not like over here where we unequivocally state: President, American President, President of the US, POTUS, President of the USA, Commander in Chief, etc. But maybe we have 2 presidents.

Okey then! Describe to me your analysis of the picture! Apaarently YOU’RE the one with a personal agenda.

(re: Obama’s political endorsement of Odinga) http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2008/aug/20/jerome-corsi/obama-did-not-take-sides-in-kenya/

“Barack Obama “openly supported (opposition leader) Raila Odinga during his visit to Africa in 2006.”

Obama did not take sides in Kenya
A new book — The Obama Nation by Jerome R. Corsi — attacks Barack Obama as a political extremist. Taken as a whole, the book’s primary argument is that Obama is a likely communist sympathizer with ties to Islam who has skillfully hidden his true agenda as he ruthlessly pursues elected office.
We found factual problems with Corsi’s book and question its overall tone; read our extended story here.
Corsi’s description of Obama’s role in Kenyan politics is filled with errors and innuendo. Corsi focuses on a 2006 trip Obama made to Africa as a U.S. senator. The visit included stops in South Africa, Kenya and Chad.
Obama’s trip came about a year before elections were scheduled in Kenya. On one side was incumbent President Mwai Kibaki; one of his main challengers was Raila Odinga.
Corsi alleges in his book that Obama openly supported Odinga, because Obama wanted to avenge his father’s tribe, the Luo, against rival tribes. Corsi also suggests that Odinga is a socialist and was part of an alliance with Muslims to expel Christians in Kenya.
There are a number of problems here. First, we reported previously that Odinga is not a socialist . The alliance Corsi describes between Muslims and socialists seems conjecture at best. Corsi himself says his case hinges on a secret memo that he admits may or may not exist. Corsi then states that Odinga “professes to be an Anglican Christian” but adds that “concerns even today continue to circulate among Kenya’s Christian leaders ... that Odinga intends to pursue an undeclared radical Islamic political agenda.” His argument here is highly speculative.
What we can confirm is that Obama has remained neutral in Kenyan politics, and did not support Odinga during his trip. Odinga attended some of Obama’s events while Obama was in Kenya, and clearly wanted to associate himself with Obama, but there is no evidence to indicate that Obama “openly supported” Odinga. (We previously reported on a letter from missionaries that alleged Obama contributed to Odinga’s campaign; we rated it Pants on Fire! wrong.)
For this statement, we decided to scour the public record for evidence that Obama supported Odinga. We looked to contemporary accounts of the 2006 trip and found a transcript from an interview Obama gave to a Kenyan newspaper that directly contradicts Corsi’s allegation.
Question: “As you prepared to travel to Kenya you were obviously conscious of two things. One was about being drawn into local politics. The other was the high expectations of what you could do for Kenya now that you are a senator. How did you handle both?”
Obama: “One of the things we try to do is meet with all parties. I met President Kibaki, I met Uhuru Kenyatta, I was with Raila Odinga. We met the government, met the opposition and met other groups such as human rights activists. What I try to do is give a consistent message on what I think U.S.-Kenya relations should be, but not to suggest somehow that I think one party is better than the other. That’s for the Kenyan people to decide.”
Also, Obama’s gave a high-profile speech the need for the country to move beyond corruption and tribal rivalries. This undercuts Corsi’s theory that Obama was motivated by his Luo tribal heritage.
“Finally, ethnic-based tribal politics has to stop,” Obama said in his speech at the University of Nairobi on Aug. 28, 2006. “It is rooted in the bankrupt idea that the goal of politics or business is to funnel as much of the pie as possible to one’s family, tribe, or circle with little regard for the public good. It stifles innovation and fractures the fabric of the society. Instead of opening businesses and engaging in commerce, people come to rely on patronage and payback as a means of advancing. Instead of unifying the country to move forward on solving problems, it divides neighbor from neighbor.”
Corsi states that Obama “openly supported” Raila Odinga. We found public statements from Obama during the trip saying the exact opposite. We found no other evidence to support Corsi’s statement, so we rate his statement False.

Obama’s partisan support for Odinga was considered so transparent, that the Kenyan Government spokesman, Alfred Matua, complained of political posturing to aid Odinga’s election chances: “It is very clear that the senator has been used as a puppet to perpetuate opposition politics,”(“Walking The World Stage” Newsweek 9/11/06).

All 3 video embeds are at Eyeblast.tv...............................................................................................

>The Odinga association may be even more devastating than the Bill Ayers link, because Obama cannot make the “I was only eight years old when this bad stuff happened” excuse. Also, questions are being raised if Obama may have violated the Logan Act. Additionally, Odinga’s thugs were involved in the slaughter of thousands of Kenyans.......................................................

>By mid-February 2008, more than 1,500 Kenyans were killed. Many were slain by machete-armed attackers. More than 500,000 were displaced by the religious strife. Villages lay in ruin. Many of the atrocities were perpetrated by Muslims against Christians..............................................................

>The violence was led by supporters of Raila Odinga, the opposition leader who lost the Dec. 27, 2007, presidential election by more than 230,000 votes. Odinga supporters began the genocide hours after the final election results were announced Dec. 30. Mr. Odinga was a member of Parliament representing an area in western Kenya, heavily populated by the Luo tribe, and the birthplace of Barack Obama’s father..............................................

>Hyman goes into Obama’s coordinated support for Odinga:

>Initially, Mr. Odinga was not the favored opposition candidate to stand in the 2007 election against President Mwai Kibaki, who was seeking his second term. However, he received a tremendous boost when Sen. Barack Obama arrived in Kenya in August 2006 to campaign on his behalf. Mr. Obama denies that supporting Mr. Odinga was the intention of his trip, but his actions and local media reports tell otherwise..................................................

>Mr. Odinga and Mr. Obama were nearly inseparable throughout Mr. Obama’s six-day stay. The two traveled together throughout Kenya and Mr. Obama spoke on behalf of Mr. Odinga at numerous rallies. In contrast, Mr. Obama had only criticism for Kibaki. He lashed out against the Kenyan government shortly after meeting with the president on Aug. 25. “The [Kenyan] people have to suffer over corruption perpetrated by government officials,” Mr. Obama announced.........................................................

>”Kenyans are now yearning for change,” he declared. The intent of Mr. Obama’s remarks and actions was transparent to Kenyans - he was firmly behind Mr. Odinga...............................................................

>Mr. Odinga and Mr. Obama had met several times before the 2006 trip. Reports indicate Mr. Odinga visited Mr. Obama during trips to the U.S. in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Mr. Obama sent his foreign policy adviser Mark Lippert to Kenya in early 2006 to coordinate his summer visit. Mr. Obama’s August trip coincided with strategizing by Orange Democratic Movement leaders to defeat Mr. Kibaki in the upcoming elections. Mr. Odinga represented the ODM ticket in the presidential race........................................................

Nice try spectra.

But his ACTIONS speak, or rather SHOUT clearly to his actual intent, rather than your hollow words.
