It is all propaganda to create the image that he is personally directing the relief efforts. Canceling the jobs event is just part of the smokescreen. He could have attended it and still performed the same role as he is doing now, i.e., a figurehead.
I read Cuba has doctors there.

Name-calling is childish. I donated what little I could afford to Samaritan’s Purse. My tax dollars are spent on lots of things I don’t approve of but helping save lives isn’t one of them. Why would I move to Haiti when the country has been destroyed? Anyway, I kinda like North Carolina and think I’ll stay. I hope you find your heart.
