RUSH: Here's President Obama speaking about Haiti this morning in Washington at the White House. He held a press conference. Now, I want you to remember, it took him three days to respond to the Christmas Day Fruit of Kaboom Bomber, three days. And when he came out after those three days, he was clearly irritated that he had to do it. He didn't want to do it. He comes out here in less than 24 hours to speak about Haiti.
OBAMA: I have directed my administration to respond with a swift, coordinated, and aggressive effort to save lives. The people of Haiti will have the full support of the United States in the urgent effort to rescue those trapped beneath the rubble and to deliver the humanitarian relief, the food, water, and medicine that Haitians will need in the coming days.
RUSH: Oh, this is what he lives for. He lives for serving those in misery. Now, don't misunderstand here, folks. I don't have the whole press conference, but I wonder did he apologize for America before acknowledging we are the only people on earth that can possibly help 'em out down there in any significant way? By the way, I've checked it out, Cuba has offered nothing. Venezuela has offered nothing. They have nothing to offer.

Yes, Rush knows how to push buttons, but I don’t really understand his trying to make a comparison between 0bama’s reaction to the underwear bomber and a disaster of epic proportions in Haiti.

Obama canceled a scheduled job event in MD today so he could "monitor" the crisis in Haiti. Anyone believing that has a screw loose. I gather he wants to create the impression that he is personally directing the relief efforts. Hillary has canceled the rest of her asian trip including a visit to Australia. The Obama WH is making this sound like Katrina. The problem is that Haiti is not part of the US--excepting the hundreds of thousands living in Florida.
I’m just wondering if Obuttnutt will apologize for the earthquake which is obviously Bush’s fault....

Because the fact that its a natural disaster is Obama’s excuse for his rapid response. Deep down we know his passion is not for America but for marxist ideals that is why it took one hour for a statement on Haiti, 3 days for the murdered recruiters, and a few hours for the abortion doctor.

Don’t get me wrong, people need help; but it seems to me he gets off using our money and giving it to charity as long as it makes him feel like he’s a savior.
