Same thing here. 34, weight the same as at 18, eat ravenously, never work out, though most assume I do. A lot of this stuff is genetic, not diet or exercise.
I bought the DVDs and equipment in August but haven’t gotten around to starting the program yet. I hung the pull up bar over my den door and it ripped right through the sheetrock, so I need to drill it into a stud then I’ll be good to go.
I’m meeting with my doctor for a checkup next week and will ask him if he thinks I could do it (I have no doubts that I can, just being cautious).
A few years ago I did the Body for Life workout and it was excellent. The only problem is that now I don’t have room to set up my weights and P90X requires less room than Body for Life.
I don’t have a lot of time right now, due to a lot of overtime at work, but am looking forward to finally giving this thing a try.
I am 40 maintain a healthy diet and work out 4 days a week. I have a ton of energy to...play with my kids, look attractive for the wife...the demands of my job. The list is endless.
Any Freepers still doing the P90X exercise regimen?
I was hoping it was a new variant.
