There is something called autogynephilia, where male-to-female transsexuals do not so much think of themselves as being female in a male body, but rather are sexually attracted to the vision of themselves as females. They often end up with other male-to-females, because it’s even more of the same.
This is the first case of what looks like autoviriphilia I ever read about.

I can’t imagine why a woman would want to become a man.I would not want to have something between my legs that was not there to begin with. Talk about annoying! How would a she/he get used to that? It seems like it would take some getting used to.
