It was probably me. I swore up and down to Jim that this place would run slick if he’d convert the servers to Microsoft Bob. How was I to know he had a hard drive?

No offense intended - the OP always gets comments addressed to him by default. Everybody is frustrated when FR doesn't come up. Believe me, that includes the Big Guy.
