The hearts of most men may have evil tendencies, but for many they are just pure evil.

To wish that anyone spend all eternity in Hell is a pure evil all it's own, quite likely a far worse evil than even abusing kittens. Thankfully we all have the ability to accept God's redemptive mercy up until the instant of death, just like the man in the article had the ability to do so. We can't know whether he did or didn't before he died. That said, someone who would wish Hell on another person on a public forum probably hasn't accepted God's mercy himself. I humbly suggest that you start by praying the Lord's Prayer slowly and thoughtfully. I'll be praying for you.

There’s the old saying, “God have mercy on him, because I won’t.” In the end it’s up to God anyway despite of what we want.

Yeah. That bothered me, too. I am sorry for the kitten but I’m more sorry for the people who rejoiced at this man’s suicide. It seems to me, the guy repented and felt great shame. I feel for his family, too.
