Is it possible to throw a snowball in Dupont Circle and not hit a gay guy? When my husband and I were in the early stages of dating, we were walking up P St during one of those perfect late spring days. Guys in a bar were holding up "ratings" cards out the windows with 9's and 10's. My sweetheart turned to me and said "look honey they are giving you 10's!". I said "No sweetie, those are for you". He never set foot on that part of P St again.
