A guy who has no issues with spending copious dollars of our future generations must have hidden issues with a Moon trip.I wonder what role the moon plays in Islam? Would going to the moon under his presidency violate some Islamic tenet?

Allah was at the time of Mohamed a Moon god. It is so to this day. He took over a moon cult and turned it into a religion. His god was not the god of Abraham.

Would going to the moon under his presidency violate some Islamic tenet? Going to the moon implies a national program to launch rockets and satellites. Destruction of such a program in the US, would fulfill Iranian strategic objectives.
