LOUISVILLE —
A 20-year-old man who police say put a tattoo on the rear end of a 1-year-old girl is facing a felony child endangering charge.
Lee. M. Deitrick is accused of applying the tattoo in early November while the child was visiting his home at 1317 W. Main St.
The tattoo, which is the letter “A,” could not be removed, according to a complaint police filed with Canton Municipal Court.

I have tattoos and and I proudly have two kids as well (with no tattoos).
That was disturbing? Our daughters and now granddaughters had their ears pierced as infants.
Agree. My youngest boy is going to be 18 in a few months. For his birthday he wants a trip to the tattoo parlor where we’re going to get matching tats. We’ve decided on a Jolly Roger, I just don’t know where yet.
We must be the oddballs with untattooed tots.
I’m going to put that on my to do list for the weekend.
count me in that club- i’m tattooed and have two kids, neither with tattoos.
a tattoo is the perfect birthday present, that’s what i got for my birthday this year :)
Something isn’t right with this guy & I don’t think whole story is being told. I don’t know of any tattoo artist who would tattoo anybody under the age of 18 yrs old. Poor child.
