That’s what I remember as well. In fact, I am almost sure I remember a pic of the pie plate with the word “Frisbee” on it.

Also, Jonathan Winters played “Grandma Frisbee” on his TV show ... my dad gets all these old TV shows and JW is one of his fav. comedians ... but I read where these kids would toss those pie tins around from the bakery ...
