Think Geek http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/cellphone/a31f/ has a handy little stylus that works fairly well. Beats having to carry around a sausage.

I googled such a device and ordered 2.

My fat fingers have always caused me problems w/ my iTouch and any stylus I’ve tried hasn’t worked..
