I probably would say safe dogs would be Labs and Newfoundlands because they are from the same line. About 100 years ago, Newfies were almost eradicated because of attacks on people.

By whom? The Canadians? They blew it with Labs and lost the ancestor breed in St. Johns Dog. If it wasn’t for the British - Labs might not exist.
