PARIS (Reuters) - A French judge has issued an international arrest warrant against American rider Floyd Landis for suspected hacking into an anti-doping laboratory computer, French anti-doping agency head Pierre Bordry told Reuters on Monday.
"French judge (Thomas) Cassuto from the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Nanterre informed us that he had issued an international arrest warrant on January 28 against Floyd Landis, who tested positive for banned testosterone during the 2006 Tour de France, after our laboratory computer system was hacked," Bordry said in an interview. Landis, 34, was stripped of the 2006 Tour de France title after a positive test for excessive levels of the male sex hormone testosterone.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) rejected his appeal that the positive test was due to procedural mistakes by the laboratory.

He must be trying to find the conflicting data. It’s a corrupt lab.
I agree. I beleive he’s innocent and trying to find the smoking gun.
It makes you wonder if the positive test was the result of a hacker.
The entire testing procedure is faulty. The same lab gets the A and B sample, which is just plain wrong, which makes it more subject to errors.. Ideally tha A and B sample should go to separate labs. Each lab would need to have its testing procedure certified by WADA to get on the list. All the lab sees is a tracking number. The only people who know which tracking number corresponds to which athlete would be a handful of WADA administrators. A random number generator would be used to select which lab gets which sample. Both A and B sample have to concur for a positive indication. This method also can introduce some statistical quality control. If a lab is consistently producing positive results, or negative results, versus other labs’ results, that lab’s methodology can then be subject to audit. If serious faults are found in that lab’s handling and analysis protocols, that lab should be subject to decertification.
Just the French trying to better the odds of a French Team to win the TdF this year.
I think Landis is signed with a US team and was planning on riding in the TdF this year.
