I don't know where you got the idea that I don't care if these dogs kill someone.
I am all for putting these bad owners in jail. People should not own these dogs if they cannot handle them. I researched this breed extensively before I got my dogs in 1996. I can't understand a breed ban. They don't work.
Cleaning up neighborhoods and educating people about dogs in general does work. That's conservative thinking.
