Current Norfolk County DA Bill Keating contradicted current Democrat congressman and former DA Bill Delahunt over Delahunt's decision not to charge Amy Bishop regarding the 1986 shooting death of her teenage brother. Late yesterday, Bill Keating's office for the Norfolk district in Massachusetts posted a press release which included analysis of the Amy Bishop shooting death of her brother in 1986, which in turn was prompted by newly received documents from a Braintree municipal records audit . By way of that analysis, which involved the Chief of Homicide and the Chief Appellate Attorney, Bill Keating now believes that Amy Bishop should've been arrested and charged in 1986 with three counts. The counts are assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon, and unlawful possession of ammunition.

Not even manslaughter? Sounds like if she was charged with those other three, then she may as well have received the slap on the wrist she got the first time through.
Not to menti0on her mother for aiding and abetting.
Not even illegal possession of a firearm, negligent discharge of the firearm, or assault for actions after she shot her brother.
From what I saw on Hannity last night her mom was connected to the Kennedys.
Hey its Massachusettes, what did you expect. Any dem connected to the Kennedys can commit homocide without recourse, it is in the original state charter (well, it must be a secret protocol I guess).
It will not bother me one whit to see Delahunt out on his arse, nothing but another stinking lefty.
That is what is behind all this mystery? I thought it went a lot higher then even the Kennedy’s.....but just guessing.

According to what I saw on Hannity the mother was friends with Delahunt who of course had connections to Kennedy. Wasn’t friend of the family close but apparently enough to get a murder overlooked.
Delahunt isn’t that friendly with the Kennedys. Not enough to get a murder charge dropped even in Massachusetts. You would have to actually be a Kennedy for that to happen. Delahunt is around the same age as Amy Bishop’s mother and they could be friends. This could explain a lot here. I wonder what the connection is here between her mother and Delahunt.
