(CNN) -- The remains of two people have been found in an Austin, Texas, building where a man crashed a small plane, authorities said.
The identities of the two dead people have not been confirmed, the Austin Fire Department said in a statement. Two other people who were injured in the incident were taken to a hospital, and 11 others were treated for minor injuries, Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said.
Authorities said Andrew Joseph Stack III, 53, an Austin resident with an apparent grudge against the Internal Revenue Service, set his house on fire Thursday and then crashed a Piper Cherokee PA-28 into the building, which houses an IRS office with nearly 200 employees, federal officials said.
"This appears to be an intentional act by a sole individual," Acevedo said at a news conference.
A fire created by the crash had been put out, save for some small areas, officials said. Fire crews were expected to continue to work through the night.
Pilot: 'I have just had enough'

Prayers for their families. I’d heard of one missing person, but I haven’t been hearing news updates on this story, just speculation about his motives and manifesto and political leanings.
It seems they don't start work until after ten AM.
Well, nuts. Looks like the “un-accounted for” person in the building is a likely candidate for the second body. I couldn’t keep up all day... I haven’t heard that they ever found that person?
A lot less than he hoped to kill, I’m sure, but even one is too many.
I’m assuming that the pilot was killed. No point in committing suicide unless you actually kill yourself.
DO NOT ALLOW the media jackals to portray this man as a conservative, Republican or Tea Partier! He was an anti-religious, anti-capitalist Bush hater with far more in common with the Kos crowd than us. The handmaidens of statism in the media will try to use this to smear ALL of us who work for lower and fairer taxes.
Too late Its Started. This from TIME Magazine
The long, rambling rant posted on a website eerily reflected the angry populist sentiments that have swept the country in the past year.

Well thank God he didn’t use a gun instead or a commercial airliner since that might have killed a lot more than just the one (or two). Lord knows what silly laws we’d all be subjected to if that had happened.
And wouldn’t you know it, no comments from readers allowed. The media are the worst kind of scum. A pity this guy didn’t fly his plane into someplace that truly deserved it.
Umm, isnt this the 2nd time in a week that a liberal “left loon” has cracked. This guy flies a plane into a building, and last week, a liberal looney professor goes on a shooting rampage.
What did they both have in common? They were liberal!!
Remember, liberals always blame and accuse others of actins they themselves do or are doing.
So, when you do the math, the nutty professor killed more people than this loon.
Fixed it.
It was clear in his rambling rant, especially at the very end of it, that he was a communist who somehow believed he would have more freedom under a communist dictatorship than under a democratic republic.
