Well, I'm a divorced dad, and I used to be bitter. No longer. 8^)
I got the 2 boys, the house and a great life now.

LOL! God bless you both. I guess I shouldn’t be so flip but I remember that some of the first threads I visited on FR concerned a child custody decision in favor of the woman and I had never seen so much anger on one subject before. Sort of defined FR for me for a while.
He actually started it.. sometimes you get a result you don’t like and looks like he did.

Most people of his ilk don’t learn a lesson from this type of justifiable action. It just makes them more determined to do everything they can to make the other person’s life miserable as a “payback”.

That’s a lot of scratch. His income must have been fairly impressive for an unemployed 18 year old.
Both parents should be financially responsible, and decisions should be made that benefit the objective best interest of the child. There should be no fraud involved.
My hackles get up when someone is being had. I'm doubly incensed when the government is the...well...screwdriver.

I want to read that again in early November of 2012.
Levi made over 100k last year, and Bristol is asking the court that Levi contribute 20% of his earnings towards the care of their child.
The amount will be adjusted quarterly, based on his earnings which will likely drop in the future as there is only so much money to be made trashing the family that so graciously took him into their home and treated like a son.
Of course, Levi didn’t even bother to show up in court yet he never fails to show up for programs like “The Joy Behar Show” to trash the family that treated him so well.
The lefty’s were all so happy when political operatives were filing numerous frivolous lawsuits (all thrown out of court) in an attempt to bankrupt the Palin family, yet now they are crying when the shoe is on the other foot and the court holds Levi responsible.
Their hypocrisy is staggering, yet not surprising.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
And if he can’t pay, I’m sure he has great potential as a gay porn actor.
