Heard some locals saying this morning that some of the Citadel students have off campus apartments for use on Fri/Sat night when granted liberty?
We did have some beach houses but they were only authorized by company and then I’m not sure they were really authorized. There was an official Citadel Beach house on Sullivan’s Island. I can’t believe a sophomore would have enough liberty to make an apartment practical. Who paid for it?
