I got tired of fighting them and switched to Dish - so far so good
We have Dish through AT&T. What a waste......we tried to upgrade to HD and they wanted us to pay for the equipment since they have since switched to Direct TV! Needless to say, we will be going with the best deal when our contract is up.
I agree with you. I went with Direct back in 98 when they had great service and great people. Now they are the worst when it comes to customer service.
