Who wrote this? Who gave it the stamp of approval?

If the article writer can't find the nihil obstat on the materials, then it looks like these materials weren't given a nihil obstat.

Which would mean no Bishop was involved.

I don’t see a Nihil Obstat on the document but I do see a “Copyright, 2010 United States Conference of Catholic Bishops”. CCHD is out of control because the bishops let it get out of control. It doesn’t matter to me whether a bishop physically approved it or not.
