I remember talking to someone who refused to believe anything that came out on Drudge... couldn’t get it through his head that Drudge just referenced other news sites.

but of course they can go to the MSNBC site, I’m sure. Or Daily Kos, Huffington Post, Dem. Underground, etc.

Free Republic and other conservative sites are probably banned.

“The excuse being used is that Drudge carries a “virus”. Which is true, only the virus is not a computer bug, it is free thought and freely flowing information – totally forbidden in the Reid – Pelosi – Obama World.” —Mark Williams

HuffPo, Kos or DU are virus-free, maybe?

Fortunately, I don’t think will have much impact on the staffers. Nonetheless, it is a warning that Obama and his administration is attempting to stifle free speech at every chance they get.

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” — Author Unknown

You speak the truth, and it’s shocking but true. 2 generations & counting of the Education Establishment at work plus parents without a clue of what has been going on, and the media’s steady turn to the left. He can be impeached, but the millions of fools will scream that he is a martyr. Also he can ride out impeachment threat, but to change the minds of the fools will take a long long time.

Not saying that I got a virus from Drudge, but on the day that the memo came out from the Senate, my work computer got the 2010 windows XP antivirus, the same day my home computer got the 2010 Windows Vista Antivirus.

With much embarassment (I know I should not be surfing at work but their firewall should not have been so vulnerable), I had to be issued a new laptop.

As for one my infected home laptop, its with the Geed Squad as I write.

The only sites I look at are Drudge, Freerepublic, and various news and sports sites. So one of these had a virus, maybe not DRUDGE, but one of them.

Was FR down for a short while the other day? I kept getting error pages & such. Others complained of problems. This was about 9 a.m. I think.

I got a horrid virus via Drudge years ago and I haven’t been back since. Same thing happened with Joel Osteen site, so I won’t be back there either.

Those are the only 2 times that’s happened.
