And I’ve got the perfect place. On top of a mountain in Tennessee that has been clear cut. They would have hundreds of thousands of dead trees to mourn.
You know I had to lower the volumn on my speakers when I played that back, all that wailing was upsetting my cats. I almost thought for a half a minute it was some improv group, fooling around, spoofing hippies. Then I realized that they were for real. This is another reason to wear guns when you are in the wilderness, one of these folks might come after you if you accidentally step on the wrong blade of grass, or gather firewood, or what not.
They would have a conniption fit in my backyard :)
Thanks for posting. I needed the reminder that I have to call the tree dude and have one removed from our front yard.
Hopefully when Obamacare passes and everybody has unlimited access to low-cost healtcare, these people will be able to get all the therapy they truly need.
When I was a kid during the hippy heyday, I couldn’t stand hippies. I didn’t know why, I just couldn’t stand them. My mother, being fascinated by them, made sure I was exposed to them a lot.
Now, with an adult perspective, I can look back and understand why I disliked hippies so much. They spend all their energy trying to pretend to be something they are not. They’re big phonies. Just like this group of nutcakes “mourning” the trees. Phonies. You can see it in this video: they’re all trying to convince each other, because none of them actually feel the way they’re portraying themselves.
