Use a red or green ink pen... If you have look every where you could and are unable to find a black or blue ink pen! (Wink-wink..)
Please note in the message from the Director US census Bureau on the back of the page that came with the form “Federal Law protects your privacy (sure it does) and keeps your answers confidential. The answers you give on the census form cannot be obtained by law enforcement or tax collection agencies. Your answers can not be used in court”.... I’m gonna remind them of this when the come get me for my answers on the form.
