AWB? I doubt it. Two reasons:

1) The cap & trade energy tax will come next. This government is a rabid, cornered, starving beast and it will do anything to extort every last dollar that it can out of us.

2) They won't need an actual AWB. Before long, some number of patriots are going to lose patience with this tyrannical government and will do something to give the Federales an excuse to declare martial law, curfews, and civilian disarmament based on a "domestic terrorist" emergency.

People should start to consider taking a page from the immediate post World War I German military. Form hunting and target shooting clubs. Other activities such as clubs of off road motorcycle enthusiasts who could shoot while riding their cycles. No camouflage clothing could be worn-to avoid identification of the club as a militia etc.etc. etc.
