If there are special amenities for kids (at other aparment complexes that might consider this distinction), what's to keep the kids from looking out the window?
Or are some apartments to be more "swinger" than others? Like Cosmo Kramer's "adults only" dentist?
They have kids-only nudist summer camps in some places, unsupervised 12-year old girls and 18 year old boys. No parents allowed.
