What is the link to the text of the law/bill? There have been so many version, so many bills, I'm not sure exactly which one was the right one. Thanks.

I’m glad you asked. I thought I was the only person who’d lost track of all the different bills.
I was on top of the bills at the beginning, but there were so many different versions, I lost track.
You can download the text, but you need about 200 Gigabytes of free space on your hard drive, and that’s just the pork.
one of my favorite high school teachers always said “there are no dumb/stupid questions, there are only dumb/stupid answers.” she never told anyone to “look it up in the dictionary” if they asked how to spell something either.
