I agree. Some jokes are funny. A joke that costs you $125 and a lot of lost time is not funny.

Whoever pulled this prank should get to deal with the consequences.

It costs even more money to pay that lawyer to sue.

If you don’t win, then you are out that money.

If you do win, you are out that money.
