What are the relevant guidelines governing the
posting of things like this, which are direct links
to individual blogs posted by people who belong to FR
already?
Is that any different from someone who ‘replies’ to a post
by including that link (in this case “ActAmerica” or whatever it was called)in his reply.
This whole area is very confusing to me.
Maybe there are no hard and fast guidelines, and posts just
have
to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis?

We handle them on a case-by-case basis. Generally ok.
This could also have gone under Chapters/Activism, since it involves a call for action in the DC Chapter AO, correct?
