I just did what this guy said in his youtube comment, he's right. This has to be an April fool joke. "Play it back several times at the point where she says "Kenya", its been spliced. Believe me, they are not that stupid to allow that to slip. Typical internet spam BS, don't get riled over it. Unfortunately its going to go around and around ad nauseum."

That is a LIE. Do you think every video on You Tube was doctored. I have the entire speech and several other videos, all done by different people at different times. She says it in all of them.
