Yeah. Great idea. Set the precedent and next you get to sterilize the “mentally ill”. Then the “feeble-minded”. Then whoever else. Nobody's being forced to do anything. If you are an addict, you are offered a reward of a few hundred bucks if you go to be sterilized.
