That's where I think our prison system goes wrong. Instead of providing exercise yards, weights, basketball courts, etc., we should be stocking the chow lines with donuts, mashed potatoes and gravy, and lots of fried foods.
Let the gang-bangers come out weighing 350 lbs. That should reduce the recidivism rate.
