(In seriousness, steroids might give a man a moon face from water. HGH makes the jaw grow. See neither here, and she is not exactly She-Hulk.)

My guess was fat/filler injections along the cheek line. It’s meant to fill out the cheekbones and make the cheek/undereye area look smoother and less hollow, but side effects include puffiness and that “big head/small face” look (post #13 for example).
