Who is it?

That,my friend,is Miss Judy Collins...taken,most likely,when she was in her late 20's/early 30's.If you're under 60 you've probably never even heard of her but she was,among other things,the "Judy" from that 60's classic,"Suite:Judy Blue Eyes".

I saw her singing outside of a music store in Cambridge in 1962(?), smokin’, before a Hootenanny at the Shell. Met Joanie Mitchel and Pete Seagar at the Club 45 around the same time.

Steven Stills wrote more than one song about Judy Collins. “Bluebird,” written and recorded while he was with Buffalo Springfield, was also inspired by her.
