Dr. Fukino works for Linda Lingle, the Republican Governor of Hawaii and that statement was reviewed before release by the office of Mark L. Bennett, the Republican Attorney General of Hawaii. Anne Dunham's age did not qualify her to pass American citizenship to her son as per Hawaii law at that time.
Good deflection. This detail isn't queried because of a Constitutional requirement, but out of commons sense, specifically on the basis of how vital records are certified. A hospital birth would allow for the signature of a reputable witness. Of course, I'm sure you know this already, which is why you chose a lame deflection. You know that Obama has no reputable witnesses to his birth ... at least not in the United States.
And still would not be a Natural Born Citizen, since his father was a foreign national, not a US citizen, not even a permanent legal resident. (not that it matters).
Perhaps the birth certificate lists someone other than Barack Obama Sr. as the father, thus making Junior a natural-born citizen?
