This situation is so bizarre - even those who believe BO is the worst, most socialist, Marxist POTUS in our history - must believe that confirming his ineligibility will cause more Constitutional harm than we can survive.
It would be more catastrophic than JFK’s assassination or Nixon’s resignation - because it would be seen as some sort of coup by BO’s political detractors. The public has no Constitutional reference point - only politics....i.e. left vs. right.
and when they’re through with their neighborhoods, they’ll come to yours, by the thousands, and you won’t be able to stop them.
$10-$20 to get a long form BC copy showing name of delivering MD and name of hospital, etc, vs $2M in legal fees to prevent release of same. Sure, it all makes sense to me. /s

Right now Barry is in the identical spot as Huey Long was as Governor of Louisiana. Upon inauguration, he got 51% of the sitting members of the Louisiana Legislature to sign a letter stating that they would not vote to impeach Long UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! This gave Huey a virtual license to do as he willed.
With big Democrat majorities in both houses, you can forget about an impeachment trial for Barry. And even if the GOP takes over, look for them to wimp out, especially after what happened with the Clinton impeachment.
No doubt Barry and his people game-played this scenario when he decided to run.

But...what about the announcements in two local Hawaiian news papers in the ‘births’ section which announce Obama’s birth?
For me, that killed the ‘birther’ issue.
The focus should be on defeating his ‘bigger’ gov’t agenda and then making him a one termer.
"Reverend" Sharpton might want to read some Census data before he mounts his high horse. Caucasians still make up about 75% of the population of the United States, the last time I checked. There are well over 400 million firearms in private hands in this country, and I daresay the vast majority belong to the "crackers" that Sharpton and his minions would be attacking. Do they really want to go there?
In which case we get President Pelosi. There is no Constitutional remedy for this situation. The Constitution does not allow for a "mid-term" presidential election, only for the succession in the even that the president is unable to serve.
Perhaps, but they don’t have the constitutional responsibility to do something about it that the Supreme Court and Congress do. They are private citizens like you and I.

They are not private citizens. They are very much in the public domain. And if they know anything, yet remain silent, then they are worse traitors than the dems who “know”.
Probably the only peaceful answer is for all states to pass legislation proving they’re qualified before they can get on the ballot and before 2012.
Biden takes his place, appoints a VP and off we go.
That sounds pretty dismal.

part of me wants to see you folks get what you wish for, so you might appreciate what you really are saying, but I don’t want to get caught up in the chaos that civil war (let alone race war) would bring, nor would I want my family exposed to that.

Is there a source for that figure? I have seen it quoted a lot but never substantiated.
But Now that Michelle Obama who has known him for 20 plus years has stated his home country is Kenya, on video, I would think its safe for them to say he's not a NBC. Or at least question it.
