It isn't incumbent upon a citizen to prove that he is innocent of government charges; proving a negative isn't possible. Rather, it's the government's responsibility to prove the truth of the charge. In the Hatfill case, the government failed miserably.

Exactly, which is why Hatfill “got off.” Doesn’t change that I think he is involved, only that they didn’t PROVE it and let the evidence out way too early.
