Illegal immigration hurts blacks disproportionally.
Let’s take this in another direction. How can a locality declare itself a “sanctuary city”. That means that if an illegal alien is detained for the alleged commission of a crime, the local law enforcement is NOT ALLOWED to alert the Federal Authorities of his/her status. If they are going to get into the Supremacy Clause, which they somehow will, how does that affect this issue?
IMO, all states that have municipalities or local gov’ts, or declare themselves “sanctuary states”, should be disqualified for all Federal funding.
