There's more information in this article:

She is indeed an adult. But, she claims she has only met Roger Clinton twice -- after DNA tests proved he was the father when she was 6 years old (about 14 years ago).

Clinton also owes $30,000 in back child support, according to her mother.

But, I'll ask again: she's an adult now. So, what's his responsibility for her situation?

So, what's his responsibility for her situation?

Roger Clinton has been a deadbeat dad for Macy's entire life. He is in violation of the agreement he made in court, and he alone is responsible for that failure. He spent the money on cocaine and hookers. Bill and Hillary bailed him out financially on several occasions, and arranged jobs for him in Hollywood, but now apparently, they've cut him off. Chelsea doesn't want Roger to attend her wedding.

While it's impossible to know for certain, it is still likely that her circumstances might be better today and in the future if Roger Clinton had acted like a responsible father.

Roger Clinton is a walking disaster who ruins everything he touches. Despite all that, I would hope that he could reconcile with his daughter in the future, because he is still her father. She may decide to forgive him for his shortcomings someday. It's just sad that no one in the Clinton family gives a damn about this girl right now.
