It ought to be possible to construct 'breakwaters' made of hay around sensitive coastal areas. And as these good ol' boys explain, the hay with the oil attached to it can be gathered up and burned as fuel.

Naw, too simple for the genius-grade experts!

Nothing. I was merely observing that lots of production has been tested in the R&D lab only to find out that duplicating the process on a mass production scale presents new unforseen problems.
